We want you to love your Damson Madder pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
